• Provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring guests are treated with a welcoming, professional, and respectful manner.
• Accurately process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols, and aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligning to KPIs and performance standards.What You Bring:
  • Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
