Responsibilities / Tasks

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and
resolve discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment: Oversee picking, packing, and shipping to ensure
timely and accurate deliveries.
Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach
trucks, palletizers) for safe and efficient material storage.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inventory records, track
shipments, and generate reports on stock levels and operations.
Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety standards and ensure adherence
to company policies and regulations.
Customer Service: Address material handling and order fulfillment
concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in
warehouse operations or material handling are a plus.
Prior warehouse experience with expertise in inventory management,
warehouse equipment operation.
---Physical Stamina: Lift, carry, and move heavy items safely;
stand and walk for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in inventory handling,
picking, packing, and shipping.
Problem-Solving: Identify and report discrepancies, defects, and
inefficiencies in warehouse processes.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace with
proper storage practices.
Equipment Operation: Proficient in or able to learn forklifts,
pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse machinery.
Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols when operating
equipment and handling materials.
Technical Proficiency: Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and
software for inventory tracking and order processing.
Data & Record-Keeping: Perform basic data entry and maintain
accurate inventory records.
Communication: Work collaboratively with team members and
supervisors, following verbal and written instructions.
Time Management: Meet deadlines and productivity goals while
working efficiently under pressure.
Flexibility: Adapt to various warehouse tasks as needed.
Work Environment: Ability to work in outside temperatures
