Job Title: EEG Technician Job Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per week Experience: 2 years required; exceptions may depend on the unit License: Valid WI License required at the time of submission Certifications: BLS, ABRET, AHA certifications required prior to start Must-Have: - WI License - BLS and ABRET certification - AHA certifications Job Description: - Work a 5x8 schedule, primarily days from 08:00 to 16:30. - On-call requirement: 7 days per week after 17:00 until 20:00. - Weekend on-call duty from 08:00 to 20:00 depending on the number of available techs. - First-time travelers are accepted. - Orientation involves 8 hours of modules. - Ability to float within the hospital as needed. - Compliance with flu vaccine policy, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons. - Previous experience with Cerner is favorable, with details about years of experience required during submission. - Provide two supervisory references. - Modules during orientation are tracked via Kronos.
