Are you skilled in assembling components, subassemblies, products,
or systems? We're looking for dedicated Assembly Team Members to
join our dynamic team. We have opportunities for both Light
Assemblers and Heavy Assemblers, each with specific
responsibilities and requirements.
Light Assembler
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly: Read work orders, follow production drawings, and verbal
instructions to assemble components, subassemblies, products, or
systems.
Positioning: Use jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices to
position and align parts in specified relationships.
Securing Parts: Crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, weld, solder,
cement, press fit, or perform similar operations to secure parts in
place.
Wiring: Connect component lead wires to printed circuits and route
wires between components, connectors, terminals, and contact
points.
Installation: Install finished assemblies or subassemblies into
cases and cabinets.
Hardware Attachment: Assemble and attach hardware like caps,
clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies.
Intermediate Tasks: Perform tasks such as potting, encapsulating,
sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, stamping, and color-coding parts
and assemblies.
Adjustments: Trim materials from components to achieve specified
electrical or dimensional characteristics.
Testing: Perform online go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure
parts and assemblies meet production specifications and
standards.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Profile and Qualifications:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; 2
years of experience in the assembly field or in a related area.
Vocational training preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Ability to read
and comprehend technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
Mechanical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and
manual dexterity for precision work.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, occasional
over-the-head lifting, frequent walking, and handling objects up to
30 pounds.
Heavy Assembler

Your Profile / Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, strong mechanical skills and understanding of mechanical
systems, ability to read and comprehend technical documents,
blueprints, and schematics.
Physical Demands: Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy
parts and prolonged standing or crouching. Ability to lift up to 50
lbs. more than 25% of the time but less than 75% of the time.
