Join Veritas Steel as a Welder, where you'll play a vital role in the production of bridge girder components. This position involves a combination of welding, fabricating, and assembly operations, requiring precision, attention to detail, and the ability to meet high production demands. You'll ensure quality and safety while contributing to the construction of critical infrastructure projects. Welder also adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Must be 18 years old to apply.1st Shift starting at $23.07 1st Shift Schedule: Mon-Thurs 5AM - 420PM2nd Shift starting at $24.07 2nd Shift Schedule: Mon-Thurs 430PM - 350AMWeekend Shift starting pay: $26.38 per hour Weekend Shift Schedule: Fri-Sun 5AM-5PMPrinciple Duties & Responsibilities:Execute high-quality FCAW welding processes on structural steel.Set up and adjust welding equipment as required for specific tasks.Weld in multiple positions, including flat, vertical, horizontal, and overheadFabricate, drill, grind, and assemble bridge girder components per project specifications.Perform FCAW welding and other assembly operations to meet production standards.Utilize tools, clamps, and fixtures to ensure proper alignment and fit of materialsKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:1+ years of experience in welding; FCWA requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsCommitment to work safety and actively participating in our safety cultureQuality, accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability of work performedWillingness to learn and contribute to the success of your teamAdherence to maintaining a great attendance record and dependability!Veritas Steel is an equal opportunity employer.
