**Position includes caring for 2 siblings simultaneously**

HOURS/DESIRED SCHEDULE)
- After school care 12 hours a week
- Monday through Thursday 3PM-5:30/6PM

PAY
- $17.70 per hour

TASKS
- Spending time with the two youths in the community
- Assist both youths in building life skills
- Assist both youths in building confidence and independence
- Interactive play
- Emotional regulation practice

REQUIREMENTS*
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Criminal/Caregiver background check
- Compassionate individual with care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- CPR Certified
- Reliable transportation w. ability to transport child

*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.*
