Job Description:
A company is looking for a Premier Service Associate to support
clients with their investment needs.
Key Responsibilities
Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations and
follow up proactively
Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transaction and regulatory
requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of financial customer service experience
Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account
operations
FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required
Insurance license may be required within 90 days of hire
