• 7-on/7-off work schedule from 7 pm - 7 am
• 166 shifts per year required; 12 shifts a month
• 7 admissions per night (on average)
• Ample subspecialty support onsite
• Epic EMR
• Hospital is less than 20 minutes from Milwaukee
