Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Family Practice Physician with OB to join our award winning Hospital. We provide comprehensive healthcare services, including acute care, swing bed, diagnostics, prevention, and emergency care, to the communities we serve.
Practice Setting:

• Traditional family practice scope with comprehensive care from birth to death
• Outpatient clinic with an average of 12-16 patients per day
• Supportive staff including nurses, medical assistants, and advanced practice providers
  • EPIC EMR system with integration to Gundersen Health System
    Schedule:
    
    • Four-day workweek with a consistent schedule and likely mid-week day off
    • Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
      • Dedicated patient care conference time - build the practice how you want!
        Compensation and Benefits:
        
        • Competitive salary with higher earning potential Well over 400k!
        • $60,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
