In need of 6 days of call coverage per month Restricted inhouse, 24 hour OB call. Due to volume, provider will have a post call day after each call day. Weekend call is Fri & Sun In addition to deliveries, locum will need to address any GYN emergencies Required Skills: Low risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Routine delivery (Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section), Complicated delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's) Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation (Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Amniocentesis, Surgical gynecology --- Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's Preferred: High rick pregnancy EMR: Cerner Credentialing timeframe: 60 days Requirements: Active unrestricted WI License Active AHA BLS & PALS certifications Board Certified Full-time coverage is mandatory---no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
