  • Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • RPh
  • Tech Cert Verification - National (Required within 30 days of start)
  • State License 1 Verification (WI CNA license required)
    • Job Details
    • Outpatient Pharmacist - 5x8hr shifts 08:00-18:30 (variable start times)
    • Weekends as needed staffed 09:00-13:30
    • Float to 2 retail sites within the city required
    • Works with all age groups neonates-geriatrics
    • Retail pharmacy experience required
    • 1 year of experience required
    • Accepts first time travelers
      • Job Requirements
      • Required: RPh and BLS
      • Preferred: PharmD and BCPS
      • 1 year of experience required
      • Candidates can start working with Act10 temporary licensure - Candidate must be willing to apply for WI license
        • Schedule Information
        • 5x8hr shifts 08:00-18:30 (variable start times)
        • Weekends as needed staffed 09:00-13:30
          • Additional Details
          • Current Driver's License or Government issued photo ID required.
