  The Pharmacist Staff - Retail Pharmacy ensures medications are procured, prepared, dispensed, and administered safely and legally.
  
  ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  
  --- Proficient in pharmacy practice including but not limited to the following areas:
  
  a. Retail dispensing
  b. Home health aids
  
  --- Performs other related prescription activities such as taking verbal prescriptions, filling of prescriptions, dispensing and verbal consultation.
  
  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
  
  --- Professional Pharmacy degree required. Doctorate preferred.
  
  --- Wisconsin Pharmacist license required or temporary Wisconsin Pharmacist license required while obtaining active Pharmacist license that must be obtained within 60 days of receiving temporary license.
  
  --- Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
  
  --- BLS certification required.
