Job Description:

Consumer Direct Care Network is assisting this member in recruiting an In-Home Caregiver(s). There are multiple shifts available. Member requires total cares physically, but he is alert, oriented and well-educated. The ideal candidate will enjoy stimulating discussions while assisting this young man in his daily routines.

Schedule:

--- Monday 8AM - 11AM
--- Tuesday 7PM - 10PM
--- Saturday & Sunday 8AM - 11AM
--- Friday & Saturday 7PM - 10PM

Pay:
--- $16.32 per hour for PCW
--- $17.32 per hour for CNA

Responsibilities:
--- Total assist with ADL's
--- Transfer in/out of bed
--- Shave, Brush teeth, Wash Hair
--- Help Dress/Undress
--- Toileting (measure ins /outs)

Experience and Requirements:
--- Please note pay differential for PCW vs CNA; caregiving experience preferred.
--- Background check will be conducted. Must pass.*
--- Current flu and COVID Vaccinations

Equipment Managed:
--- Patient lift/Hoyer
--- Cough Assist Machine
--- BiPAP
--- Ventilator (no trach)
--- Blood Pressure Cuff
Note: Must be reliable and punctual. Good communication is a must.

*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.*
