Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Oncology - Pediatric Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: 2 years required License: Valid license required at time of submission Certifications: BLS, PALS, Preferred: CPHON Must-Have: - 8 hours of orientation - Experience with a Level 2 pediatric trauma center - Previous experience floating within a hospital setting - Ability to work every other weekend and holiday - Compliance with flu vaccine, medical/religious exemptions considered Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in a pediatric oncology setting - Float to the PICU and handle various pediatric diagnoses as needed - Collaborate with multiple pediatric specialties on campus - Use Cerner effectively if prior experience exists - Complete required modules during orientation - Adhere to compliance requirements and complete necessary lab appointments within the specified timeframe - Deliver care in accordance with health and safety standards and hospital policies
