• BLS - Basic Life Support
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Tech Cert Verification - National (Required within 30 days of start)
• State License 1 Verification (WI CNA license required)
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) (Required within 30 days of start)
  • Job Details
  • **HIGH ACUITY MS UNIT** Mixed patient population MS/Tele & PCU level. Ratios will vary depending on acuity.
  • 36 or 48 HPW accepted, NIGHTS 19:00 - 07:30. EOW, EOH, no call
  • Required: BLS, 2yrs exp, Exp. with ratios 1:4-6, Must have exp with at least 1: bowel resections, bariatric surgery, trach exp, epidural infusion.
  • Float required - Possible float to cover CNA and team RN responsibilities staff must be flexible and willing to assist.

    • 2 years of experience
    • Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6
    • Experience with bowel resections, bariatric surgery, trach experience, and epidural infusion.
      • Schedule Information
      • 36 or 48 hours per week accepted
      • Nights from 19:00 to 07:30
      • Every other weekend and holiday required, no call.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Specific Skills Checklist required annually.
          • Additional Details
          • Current Driver's License or Government issued photo ID required.
