  • Job Details
  • 40 HPW. Outpatient Pharmacy. Variable start times with 8hr shifts between 0800-1830 Weekends as needed (staffed 9am-1pm S/S). Float requirement between Two retail sites within the city.

    • Required: BLS, RPh, State License.
    • Preferred: BCPS and PharmD

        • Additional Details
        • Current Driver's License or Government issued photo ID required.
        • AHA only, Required for specific positions like RNs, Tele, ICU, etc.
        • PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC and other certifications may be required depending on position.
        • Tech Cert Verification - National required within 30 days of start.
        • State License Verification required with PSV within 30 days of start.
        • NURSYS Verification required for RNs and LPN/LVNs.
        • NPI Number required for Outpatient Therapists.
        • EKG/ECG Interpretation Certification required for Monitor Techs or score 85% or greater on the ECG challenge exam.
        • NIH Stroke Certification required for specific RN positions.
        • CPI Certification required for all Behavioral Health positions.
        • Unit Specific Competency exam required within 12 months of start and must score 80% for passing.
