  Minimum experience: Prior Nursing Home Administration experience, 3 years required - 4+ years PREFERRED in successfully leading and organization with an emphasis on balancing "mission and margin", improving the quality of care and financial performing of a long term care organization while keeping eyes open for strategic growth opportunities, and experience in working effectively with a Board of Directors, able to form a relationship of "partnership" with the Board.
